Can I stop and start my subscription access?
You may cancel your subscription at any time subject to the terms of your contract. Please contact 0345 071 2721 between 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday to ascertain your earliest cancellation date.
To restart your subscription access you will need to repurchase a Mail+ subscription via the mail subscriptions website.
Go to www.mailsubscription.co.uk
This will take you to the Mail storefront, select Digital
Then select the Mail+ product
Enter your email address, password and your name followed by payment details.
Once you have checked out, you can the use the email address and password to login to dailymail.co.uk via the website and app
OK, I've subscribed. What happens now?
You can login to Mail+ as soon as you've successfully subscribed.
For website
1. Go to dailymail.co.uk via your desktop or mobile browser.
2. Select Login from the top navigation bar or hamburger menu.
3. Enter the email address and password you used to purchase your subscription.
4. If you have an existing dailymail.co.uk commenting account with the same email address, you will be asked to connect the accounts together before you can continue.
For the MailOnline app
1. Open the MailOnline app
2. Via the Hamburger menu, select the option to Login, enter the email address and password you used for purchasing your subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes you can cancel your subscription subject to the terms of your contract.

Payment enquiries and refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Apple Pay.
I don't have a credit or debit card. Can I still subscribe?
Unfortunately, we can only accept payment by the credit or debit cards mentioned above. We're unable to accept other payment methods, as this is an online service only.
Can I have a receipt?
You will automatically receive a digital receipt each and every time a payment is taken. If you require a resend of your digital receipt please contact contact@themailsubscriptions.co.uk
What's your refund policy?
If you cancel within the 14 day cooling off period you will get a refund. To cancel your subscription please contact 0345 071 2721 between 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday.

Can I stop and start my subscription access?
Unfortunately not. Once the subscription has started, your access will run for the term you have subscribed for. If your subscription is re-occurring then it will continue until such time as you cancel your agreement with WorldPay (our payment partner) and cannot be turned on and off.
