U.S. And Them
They say this countries free, they say that we have rights, Whoever this They is, clearly isn't bright. But when you try to argue, they adamantly fight. They propagate our freedoms, and boast all our might. They misconstrue revolutions, with bombs bursting at night. And no longer pledge allegiance, forcing God from sight.
No longer can we gather peaceful or otherwise, the press is never truthful and only tell U.S. lies. Religions being smothered, while Mother Mary cries, Illegal search and seizures daily exercise. Coming for our guns would not be very wise, truly fellow patriots our countries in demise.
Private property's taken, stolen with a lean. Due to process is mythical, and rarely ever seen. Trials never speedy, bail prices obscene. We're sentenced to lose our lives by juries that they preen. They corrupt our Bill of Rights, ruining what it means. Wealthy from our country, while we live off beans.
"Give me liberty or give me death" a firm resounding plea. Come with arms if you wish to take my rights from me. Though we starve, we've almost lost. We are not now free. You beat U.S. down, lock U.S. up, oppress U.S. with fees. Patriots are what we are, and what we'll always be. you will have to kill U.S. all "From sea to shining sea"
Our countries being sold off to the highest bidder, while everyone is more concerned with "Jerseyshore" and "Twitter" I watch our rights get auctioned, increasingly getting bigger. The only way to calm myself is hitting my one hitter. No one ever cares, they pollute their minds with litter, not caring to think, not even on the sh*tter.
They sit up there and Judge, as if they're on Gods throne.Watching what we do, and stealing from our phones. Fighting fabled terrorists on tax dollar loans. No one hates our freedom's they only want their own. I'm just expressing truth in the lyrics of this poem.
Treason used to be a highly punished crime, Now it seems to be occuring all the time. Our children sold to slavery, they collect hefty fines. We all have to starve, while in luxury they dine. they're up their laughing about how much we whine, masticating steaks, while we wait in food stamp lines.
Dont you give up hope, dont you dare dispair, i want you all to know that someone out there cares. We know of the problem, yes were painfully aware. Though we're a dying breed, the true patriot is rare. we just want our liberty, we only want whats fair. Someday we'll take this country back. Because as the People we actually f*cking care.
They take what our country needs, and put it on a shelf. Giving what we The People, dont have for ourselves. Handouts for the world, when we need all the help. Your tired, hungry, poor, well you can have them all back. We're broke and famished too, working til we collapse. And getting really pissed off, evaluating facts. Anger and sadness hidden behind our "Guy Faulkes" masks. They take bribes, and they loot through legislative pacts. Doom is in our future if we dont learn from the past...
They immigrate them in, and let them set up shop. We're gonna hault this process and bring it to a stop. We're all bruised and beaten, victims of the cops. All of U.S. now realize, our country needs a purging. They're ruining our economy, with congressional splurging. They just keep collecting, while we all keep on working.
